Fitness for youth

For youth ages 8 and up, we welcome you to our facility to learn to box or for general fitness workouts. Our open gym experience that includes a range of ages is a positive environment to teach youth the basics of footwork, body conditioning and hard work. Our staff is on site to provide assistance with strength and speed training and to provide encouragement as needed. Students can choose their level and style of participation including: general conditioning, footwork, sparing, pad work, speed work.

At Nor Cal Speed Boxing, we strongly believe that speed and strength training will benefit every type of athlete. We welcome kids to train with us, whether to augment training for other sports, for general fitness or to learn boxing.

Requirements:

  • positive attitude

  • comfortable clothes

  • supportive shoes for a strenuous workout

  • waiver signed by parent or guardian

  • bonus points for bringing a reusable water bottle
